Shipping Policy
Free shipping nationwide with orders $150.00 and over.
We package our products using bio-degradable packing slips, that are compostable for home and commercial composting. Larger orders are packaged in cardboard boxes.

All in stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, unless orders are made during the weekend or after 5pm on Fridays. These orders will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Our Delivery times depend on your location, this can take up to 1-3 working days for the North Island and up to 3-5 working days for the South Island.
Please allow an additional 1-2 days for rural deliveries.

Once your order has been processed and collected, you will be notified with a shipment update via email, text, or GOSWEETSPOT GOTRACK app.
Where you will be able to keep track of your package anytime.

If you think you package hasn't been delivered within our expected time frames, please check the GOSWEETSPOT GOTRACK app or feel free to email us at support@awgstsupply.co.nz but please allow an additional 1-2 days before contact. We will do our best to track it down for you!

Returns and exchange Policy

You may return or exchange a full-price item within 14 days of purchase.
Sale, discounted, and promotional items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless they are faulty, damaged, or the wrong size sent. In such cases we are happy to exchange the item for the same product. If an exchange is not possible a refund will be issued. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@awgstsupply.co.nz. Please provide a description of the issue and a clear photo of the item with the receipt or proof of purchase. We will supply further instructions.
All items must be in their original condition, unworn and clean. Please include the original sales receipt.
Please post returned and exchanged items to the following address:

We will review and process items as soon as we have received them. We will email to advise if your refund is approved. If approved, we will credit your refund within 5 days to your original method of payment. For exchanges we will send the replacement item as soon as possible.
Shipping costs will be refunded if the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong size sent. We will refund the cost to the original card used to make the purchase.
Please note that we are not responsible for any returned packages lost or damaged during shipping or in transit. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Note: Before making a purchase, please refer to our size guides and check the size our models are wearing, as we have limited stock for each item.
